Jeju Island
About Jeju Island
A volcanic island with stunning natural landscapes and beautiful beaches.
Jeju Island, also known as the "Island of the Gods," is a volcanic island off the coast of South Korea. It's known for its beach resorts and volcanic landscape of craters and cave-like lava tubes. Hallasan Mountain, a dormant volcano, features hiking trails, a crater lake at the summit and the Gwaneumsa Buddhist Temple. The Geomunoreum Lava Tube System includes 7-km-long Manjanggul Cave, created centuries ago when Hallasan was still active.
